Taco Dip

Ingredients

1 ripe avacado, processed in food processor
3 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. sour cream
1/2 pkg. of taco seasoning mix
very small head shredded lettuce
chopped tomato
chopped onion
shredded cheddar cheese
ripe olives, chopped
chopped green pepper


After the avacado is processed in the food processor, add cream cheese and sour cream.


Process until well blended and mix in 1/2 pkg. of taco seasoning mix.


Spread onto a plate.


Sprinkle with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheddar cheese ripe olives and green pepper.


Serve with assorted crackers, chips and deli dippers.


The avocado part doesn't look terribly pretty, but once you cover it with all the other stuff, who cares? It's really tasty!

Remember when Taco Dip was all the rage? I still like to pull this one out and do it from time to time.
