TACO DIP

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 1 1/2 package taco seasoning
  • 1 container sour cream
  • 1 bottle of salsa (any hotness desired)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 bag shredded lettuce
  • 3 green onions
  • olives if desired

Directions

  • Mix refried beans with taco seasonings and put all at bottom of casserole dish
  • layer 1/2 to 3/4 sour cream on top
  • layer 1/2 to 3/4 container of salad on top of sour cream
  • layer 1 cup shredded cheese on top of sour cream
  • Chop up shredded lettuce and layer on top of cheese until cheese is covered
  • chop up green onions and olives and sprinkle on top
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
  • Serve after chilled for at least an hour
  • Serve with tortilla chips or Frito's corn scoops

My friends mom taught me how to make this. It is great at parties!
