TACO ENCHILADAS

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 package of corn tortillas

Directions

  • cook ground beef and drain grease. add taco seasoning to meat and stir. add soups and rotel to meat and simmer on low til hot. layer a caserole dish with corn tortillas. on top of tortillas spread the meat and soups mixture. repeat til all ingredients are gone. cover pan with foil and bakr for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. remove foil and sprinkle cheese all over the top. put back in oven til cheese is melted. serve with tortilla chips and salsa
