Ingredients

  • 2lbs. lean ground beef
  • one medium onion chopped
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can Ro-tel
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • tortilla strips

Directions

  • Brown ground beef and onion together and drain. Add tomatoes, beans, and corn. Stir in ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning. Heat all thoroughly and then simmer for at least 30 minutes. Top with cheddar cheese and tortilla strips before serving.
