TACO SOUP

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground chuck
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 ribs of celery
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes
  • 2 cans pinto (or 1 pinto and 1 kidney)
  • 1 can shoepeg corn
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 pkgs taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg ranch dressing mix

Directions

  • brown meat/onion. Add other remaining ingredients and simmer til vegetables are tender, about 45 min., Let stand, reheat and serve with Doritos.
