Notes

I found this receipe in a newspaper and changed it up a bit to fit my tastes. Now my family asks for it at least once a month. The receipe can doubled for a larger crowd. It's a great meal and side dish to any meat entree.

I make a version of this and serve with homemade fried tortilla chips....yummy!
