TACO SOUP

Ingredients

  • 1 can northern beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1-1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned

Directions

  • Combine all items in large pot bring to boil. Reduce heat simmer 20 - 30 minutes.
  • Serve with shredded cheese and tortilla chips.

Notes

This is my mother-in-law's recipe. It is a good quick recipe which my kids like as well.

Feel free to use any beans you have on hand. I have also use frozen corn instead of canned

and ground turkey instead of beef.
