Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
3 (16 ounce) ranch beans
1 (16 ounce) can of corn
2 (16 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 ½ cup water
1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chiles
1 pack taco seasoning
1 pack ranch dressing mix

Toppings:
Tortilla chips
Shredded cheese
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Sour cream
Chopped avocado


Directions

Cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned, crumbled, and drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes.


Serve with desired toppings.


Taco soup may be frozen for up to three months.
