- Cooking Time:
- Servings: 1-1/2 cups
- Preparation Time:
- 1 C ground sesame
- 1/4 C cold water
- juice of 3 lemons
- 2 T minced parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp crushed salt
- In bowl, combine ground sesame with water, stirring until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and stir again.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Store in refrigerator.
