Tamagoyaki (Japanese Omelette)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon light soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Mix eggs, salt, light soy sauce and sugar in a bowl
Heat a pan at medium high temperature and add oil
Pour a thin layer of egg mixture in the pan, gently roll into a log
Move the rolled omelette to the side where you started to roll and
pour some more egg mixture and roll it to the other end of the pan
rolling back and forth until the egg is used up.

People in Japan eat Tamagoyaki in the morning. It is also a favorite for bento boxes for lunch
