Tandoori Rub

 


INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 8-ounce carton plain yogurt

DIRECTIONS

In small bowl stir together garlic, ginger, curry powder, cumin, and salt. Wearing disposable or plastic gloves to avoid staining hands, rub evenly onto meat. Spread meat evenly with yogurt to coat. Cover meat and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours. Grill. Makes enough for 3 pounds of meat.
