TANGY CREAM SAUCE
- Servings: 3/4 cup
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
- dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tb. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. dairy sour cream
Cream together cheese and seasonings in top of double boiler. Beat in egg; stir i lemon juice and sour cream.
Place over simmering water and cook, stirring, 'til heated through.
