Tangy Pork Chops

Ingredients

8 thick-cut pork chops
Barbecue Sauce:
½ cup maple syrup
½ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon steak sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Dash ground cloves


1. Combine sauce ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.


2. Grill chops a few minutes on each until brown. Baste with sauce and grill another 10 to 15 minutes,


turning and basting them often.


3. Serve with remaining sauce.
