Tante Hilda's Mondel Bread
A recipe from my grammie!
Aka Biscotti.

INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 35
- 1/2 C oil
- 1 C sugar (mix both)
- Add
- 2 eggs
- 3 C flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 C nuts
DIRECTIONS
Mix well, then make 3 long rolls. Grease Pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes. Check bottom. Slice and bake each side about 15 minutes or until brown.
