TAPENADE WITH BLACK OLIVES

Ingredients

  • 360g Black Olives (without the stone of course :))
  • 100-150g Anchovies
  • 100g Kapers
  • 2-4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 deci litre Olive Oil (e.g.half of it Garlic Oil and the other half regular)
  • Juice of one Lemon

Directions

  • All ingredients put in the mixer and everything mixed to a nice smooth paste.
  • Can be served with anything you desire... e.g. great on a toasted Ciabatta bread, or in sandwiches...
  • Have fun with it!

Here is how you can make your own Tapenade! It´s great fun and not as expensive as it mostly is in the gourmet shops.
