- 360g Black Olives (without the stone of course :))
- 100-150g Anchovies
- 100g Kapers
- 2-4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 deci litre Olive Oil (e.g.half of it Garlic Oil and the other half regular)
- Juice of one Lemon
- All ingredients put in the mixer and everything mixed to a nice smooth paste.
- Can be served with anything you desire... e.g. great on a toasted Ciabatta bread, or in sandwiches...
- Have fun with it!
