Tara's Crunchy Asian Slaw

Ingredients

SALAD Ingredients:
1 pkg Shredded cabbage (or 1/2 medium cabbage)
1 4oz pkg Sliced almonds toasted (optional)
1 4oz pkg Dry-roasted sunflower kernels
1 3oz pkg Oriental flavor Ramen noodles (uncooked) - reserve seasoning packet for dressing

DRESSING Ingredients:
1/2 cup Oil
3 tbls Sugar
3 tbls Apple cider vinegar
1 pkg Ramen seasonings
Mix 4 ingredients well.


Combine cabbage and scallions.


Break noodles into small pieces while still in package wrapping.


Combine uncooked noodles with almonds and sunflower seeds.


Just before serving, mix 3 groups together: shredded cabbage & scallions; nuts, seeds and noodles; and salad dressing.
