Ingredients

  • 1 recipe Pate Brisee
  • 100 g Chopped walnuts
  • 200 g Crème Fraiche
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 pkg. Vanilla sugar

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Roll out dough and place in 9” tart pan.
  • Mix together remaining ingredients and pour into tart shell.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.

Notes

I was visiting Brittany in France and the people we were staying with cooked a fabulous veal dinner. The woman of the house and I put our heads together and created this delicious simple walnut tart for dessert.
