- 1 recipe Pate Brisee
- 100 g Chopped walnuts
- 200 g Crème Fraiche
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 1 pkg. Vanilla sugar
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Roll out dough and place in 9” tart pan.
- Mix together remaining ingredients and pour into tart shell.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
NotesI was visiting Brittany in France and the people we were staying with cooked a fabulous veal dinner. The woman of the house and I put our heads together and created this delicious simple walnut tart for dessert.
