Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 C. mayo
1 heaping T. of pickle relish
1 heaping T. of finely diced onion
1 t. parsley flakes
1/2 t. dill weed
1/2 t. lemon juice
dash garlic powder


Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For fish, french fries or onion rings, try this home made tartar sauce.

I use my little chopper, but hand cutting the onions is fine, if using a chopper, put in the onions then zap until small then add everything else and zap a few seconds until blended.

A dash of local for every season
