Tastefully Simple Copycat Beer Bread
2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
12 oz. beer
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except melted butter together, stirring until blended. Pour into greased bread loaf pan. Spread melted butter over the top of the bread during the last 10 minutes of baking. Bake for 1 hour.
