Tasty Mutton/Chicken Cooked With Fresh Vegetables

Serves 1 | Prep Time | Cook Time about 1 hour

Why I Love This Recipe

First of all, it is very healthy and keep stomach in order. :)

Aromatic and tasty with a bit of spice.

All those who has tasted it, they loved it.


Ingredients You'll Need

Half Kg mutton or chicken pieces
Tomatoes 3 medium size sliced
Green chili 2 to 4 (medium spicy) grated
Fresh green mint about 100gm grated
Fresh green coriander about 100gm grated
Fresh ginger about 2 inch well grated
Garlic pulps 2 to 4 grated
Salt accordingly
Water 4 glasses
(You can add olive oil or veg oil if you like)


Directions

Wash the meat well with fresh water
Put all the ingredients into the pot
Add 4 glasses of water
Cook it for about 1 hour on low flame
Keep checking & stirring about every 10 minutes.
Take off when cooked well.
