TATER TOT CASSEROLE

PrintINGREDIENTS
- cooking spray
- 18 oz. Tater Tots
- 1 C diced onion
- 3 T flour
- 5 T butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 C half and half - warmed
DIRECTIONS
Spray baking dish.
Arrange 1/2 of Tots in baking dish.
Spread onions over Tots.
Sprinkle with flour.
Add 1/2 of salt and pepper.
Dot with 1/2 of butter.
Arrange rest of Tots.
Add rest of salt and pepper.
Dot with remaining butter.
Pour half and half over all.
Cover with foil.
Bake...
375' - 30 minutes -- then remove foil and bake 30 minutes more.
