Ingredients

  • 3 hardboiled eggs
  • 2/3 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • Salt & pepper
  • Savory crackers
  • Butter for spreading

Directions

  • Chop hardboiled eggs and mis with pineapple, cottage cheese, salt and pepper. Spread crisp savory crackers with butter and top with egg and pineapple spread. Serve with beverage in small tea cups.
