"Sometimes you just want a good steak and potatoes, here's how to go meatless and low carb!"

Serves 2 | Prep Time 10min | Cook Time 30 min

Why I Love This Recipe

This was a nice vegan friendly meal that gave me the flavor and reminder that I can still enjoy a "meat" and "potatoes" style meal without the additional carbs.

Ingredients You'll Need

Fresh green beans and mushrooms
2 tbsp coconut aminos
roasted radishes
fresh oregano
pink salt
lemon juice
onion powder
poultry spice


Peel and chop radishes in halves
Coat in oil and roast for 15min

presoak green beans and mushrooms in coconut aminos, quick 5 min sautéed on stovetop

add marinated veggies to radishes and continue to bake at 250 for 15min

Top with fresh oregano and serve hot!
