- 2 TBSP Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup lite soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups regular strength beef broth
In a pan, blend together the cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Stir in wind and beef broth. Simmer, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
