Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup lite soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp minced fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 cups regular strength beef broth

Directions

  • In a pan, blend together the cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Stir in wind and beef broth. Simmer, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
