TERIYAKI TURKEY SLIDERS
Teriyaki Turkey Sliders
A trip to the Hawaiian Islands inspired these fruity and flavorful turkey sliders. E ʻai ka-kou
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 12-15 minutes
- Servings: 4
- Preparation Time: 15 minutes
- 1.5 llbs ground turkey
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/4 diced pineapple
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup plain Panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
DIRECTIONS
Combine ground turkey, red onion, diced pineapple, Panko bread crumbs
and Teriyaki sauce in a large bowl. Mix until completely blended. Form into small patties. These can either be grilled or pan fried. For extra flavor, brush with a hint of Teriyaki sauce while on the grill. Cook through and serve on sweet Hawaiian rolls and garnish with fruit.
