5 lbs yukon gold potatoes sliced thin (I leave the skins on)
1 med onion sliced thin
2 cups heavy cream
1 container Borsin cheese (can use Alouete with garlic and herbs)
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
