- 1 med onion sliced thin
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 container Borsin cheese (can use Alouete with garlic and herbs)
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
NotesI am A potatoaholic. My friend Terri knows this and makes these for me for every occasion. I love, love, love this recipe. It is very easy and so very yummy. Not for those on a diet. You can easily make only half.
