INGREDIENTS

  •  1 egg
  •  ¼ cup bread crumbs
  •  1 small diced white onion
  •  1 minced garlic clove
  •  1 ½ tsp dry mustard
  •  ½ tsp salt
  •  ¼ tsp pepper
  •  ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  •  1 lb. ground beef

DIRECTIONS

Combine ingredients and form patties. BBQ or fry.


Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, cheese slices and condiments of choice
