Tessa's Cheddar n' Bacon Omletes
6 whole eggs
1/4-1 tsp water ( The more water you add, the fluffier your omelets will be, but don't add too much.)
Salt/Pepper to taste
6 Pieces Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Bacon bits
Whisk together eggs and salt/pepper until yellow. Butter griddle to avoid egg scum. Pour eggs onto 300F griddle. Wait about 1 minute, add cheese and bacon. Fold. Leave on griddle for 30secs-1min and take off. Enjoy your eggs!
