- Cooking Time: 2-5 mins

- Preparation Time: 1-2 mins
- 6 whole eggs
- 1/4-1 tsp water ( The more water you add, the fluffier your omelets will be, but don't add too much.)
- Salt/Pepper to taste
- 6 Pieces Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Bacon bits
- Whisk together eggs and salt/pepper until yellow. Butter griddle to avoid egg scum. Pour eggs onto 300F griddle. Wait about 1 minute, add cheese and bacon. Fold. Leave on griddle for 30secs-1min and take off. Enjoy your eggs!
