TETRAZZINI

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbs sherry
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 7oz cooked spaghetti
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups turkey or chicken
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh sliced mushrooms

Directions

  • Melt butter
  • Blend in flour and seasonings
  • Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly
  • Remove from heat
  • Stir in broth and cream
  • Heat to boiling, stirring constantly
  • Boil and stir 1 minute
  • Stir in sherry and poultry
  • Place spaghetti in 2 qt casserole
  • Top with sliced mushrooms
  • Pour sauce over the top
  • Top with Parmesan cheese
  • Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
