Tex Mex Chicken
4 chicken breasts
1 cup flour
2 cups Chunky or Thick Salsa
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Put flour on plate, run the chicken though on both sides
Use a large aluminum foil and place the chicken breast in the middle with about 1/2 cup of salsa on top.
Cook over campfire or on grill for 30-45 minutes (or until cooked through)
Add shredded cheese on top and serve.

Fast camp main dish. With a Tex Mex flavor. Can heat it up with diced peppers.
