TEX-MEX GREEN SAUCE

Tex-Mex Green Sauce

 


INGREDIENTS

  • 3 avocados
  • 3 green tomatoes
  • 4 tomatillos, remove husk
  • 3 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp loosely chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapenos, seeded and loosely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

Peel avocados and place them in a blender. In a medium saucepan, boil tomatoes, tomatillos, garlic, and jalapenos for 15 minutes. Remove from saucepan and place all ingredients in a blender with the avocados. Add sour cream and blend until smooth. Served with salsa and chips.
