TEX-MEX RICE BAKE

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 small can diced green chilies
  • 3 cups Mexican style shredded cheese

Directions

  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 small can diced green chilies
  • 3 cups mexican style shredded cheese
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredents well. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 4-6
