Tex-Mex Rice Bake
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 4-6
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 small can diced green chilies
- 3 cups Mexican style shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS
3 cups cooked white rice
8 oz sour cream
1 small can diced green chilies
3 cups mexican style shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredents well. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 4-6
