Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Directions

  • Combine spices & rub into all sides of the your brisket. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
