- 1 package Italian dressing
- 1 can whole kernal corn
- 1 can small peas
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- Mix dressing according to package directions.
- Drain all cans, combine with all other ingredients.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
NotesThere are lots of variations of this recipe, but this is the one I use the most. I've also used black-eyed peas and yellow peppers.
