Texas Club Sandwich
3 slices smoked ham, sliced thin
3 slices smoked turkey, sliced thin
6 slices seven-grain bread
4 slices provolone cheese
4 lettuce leaves
2 slices tomato
2 tablespoons chipolte mustard
Toast seven-grain bread; spread one side of all slices with mustard.
Layer ham on two slices of bread.
Top with one slice provolone cheese and lettuce leaves.
Add another piece of bread and top with turkey, one slice cheese and tomato slice, top with last bread;
Cut into quarters and serve
