TEXAS POTATO SOUP

Ingredients

  • 1 package polish style smoked sausage cut into 1inch slices.
  • 5 large potatoes
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons creole seasoning

Directions

  • Brown sausage. Cut potatoes into cubes and boil until tender. Mix all ingredients in a large stock. Heat to boiling, then turn down heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Top with grated cheese and parsley. Enjoy
