INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 cup water
- 4 T cocoa
- Icing:
- 1 stick oleo melted
- 4 T cocoa
- 6 T milk
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Mix in large bowl: flour, sugar, salt.
Mix in small bowl: eggs, buttermilk, soda, vanilla.
Bring to full boil: oleo, water, cocoa
Mix all parts and pour into a greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes.
For icing:
Heat first 3 in sauce pan, then add last two. Pour over cake.
