Thai Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut-up

For the marinade:

1/2 c. coconut milk
6 T. grated ginger
6 garlic cloves, grated
4 T. brown sugar
5 T. fish sauce
1/4 c. black bean sauce
1 T. red pepper flakes


Place all marinade ingredients into a food processor and puree.


Pour over chicken and refrigerate overnight. Grill or bake basting frequently with marinade until chicken is done.


Serves 4
