Serves Approx. 4 flatbreads | Prep Time 5 | Cook Time 15

Ingredients

1 cup flour-like substance (I use Triann's Pantry flour blend)
1 cup dairy-like substance (I use goat's milk)
1 egg-like substance (I use a flax egg)
3 tbsn oil/butter (I use grapeseed oil)
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
OPTIONAL: Carbonated mineral water (a splash will at some fluff to your flatbread)
EITHER: 2 tbsn sugar (sweet) or whatever spices you want (I like a homemade Italian blend)

Mix it until combined. Cook in a tortilla press (not all the way down), panini press, or on a griddle, until stiff. They will soften in the microwave when you reheat them, or eat them hard as crackers.

Notes

Making bread without eggs/flour/milk... It's hard. Making pancakes is much easier. This "flatbread" works greats as a cracker or as a wrap. Enjoy!
