This is the classic Children Birthday Cake in Iceland. Then there it is topped with a butter chocholate creme and one lolly for each one of the kids. First it was decorated with smarties or liqurice, but the kids just peeled it off to eat on it´s own... So my aunt just thought of putting the lollies instead!
