INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 25-30 minutes
- Servings: Makes about 24 servings
- Preparation Time: About 15-20 minutes
- 1 1/2 cups flour1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 F
Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with vegetable spray
In a small bowl, combine the flour and salt.
In a large microwave safe bowl, melt the butter
and the chopped chocolate
Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla
Mix well
Add the flour mixture
Mix until just combined
Stir in the chips
Spread into the prepared baking pan
Bake for 25-30 minutes or just until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean
Cool completely on a rack before cutting
