BackstoryGrandma always made this for Thanksgiving breakfast.
- 6 uncooked biscuits (dough from your favorite recipe, or canned)
- 1 lb breakfast sausage - cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz cheese
- 6 eggs - well beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 envelope gravy mix or 4 tbsp flour
- Coat 13x9 baking dish with butter or spray. Put uncooked biscuit dough in bottom. Add cooked sausage ( or ham, bacon, etc) Add the beaten eggs. Whisk the milk with white gravy mix or 4 tbsp flour and pour in. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 375 dgrees until the eggs set, about 20 - 25 minutes.
