Thinga (Chipotle chicken)

Ingredients You'll Need
2 shredded chicken breast
1 can of chipotle sauce or adobo
3 medium size tomato
1/2 sliced white onion
2 tbs oregano
2 tbs salt
2 tbs olive oil
4 tbs chicken flavor bouillon
1. Cook and shred chicken, set aside.
2. In a sauce pan boil 3 cups of water, add the tomato and cook for 3 min remove and add to a blender with the can of chipotle, oregano and salt and two cups of water blend and set aside.
3. In a larger sauce pan add the 2 tbs of olive oil on medium high heat add the sliced onion and cook for 2 min then add the shredded chicken stir and add the blended sauce. Bring to a boil and add the 4 tbs of chicken flavor bouillon add cover top and lower heat for 6-10 min. Place on top of a tostada and add the toppings and ready to eat
