THURSDAY MORNING SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch red grapes
  • 1 handful of red beet tops (leaves)
  • 1 peach
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients except ice in Vitamix for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  • Add ice and blend for another 15 seconds.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Getting creative with miscellaneous ingredients can lead to delicious, healthy results. Don’t let the brownish color fool you - this smoothie is yummy!
