THYME PORK RIBS

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless pork ribs
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  • Coat ribs with thyme, salt and pepper and brown in butter in skillet. Transfer to crockpot and add water.
  • Cook for 4-6 hours on low.
