Tina’s Cheese Ball
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
5 ounces bleu cheese
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp pimientos chopped
1 Tbsp green bell pepper -- chopped
1 Tbsp celery finely chopped
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp celery salt
Worcestershire sauce to taste
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the nuts on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until they are toasted. Blend cheeses. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill until firm. Shape into ball. Roll in toasted walnuts. Chill until near serving time. Cheese ball is best served near room temperature. Serve with crackers.
