TINER'S BANANA NUT MUFFINS

  • Servings: 24 muffins
  • Preparation Time: 10 min

Ingredients

  • 3 (or 4 if they're small) smashed ripe bananas
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Sift together dry ingredients.
  • Add in butter, egg, vanilla, and bananas
  • Spoon into greased muffin pan
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes (check at 20, usually takes about 22 in my oven)
  • Makes 12-18 muffins
