- 1 lb. of sausge links
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. pepper
- In a pan, fry the sausages until they are slightly brown in a casserole dish.
- Next, place milk, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and butter in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour batter over sausages and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 min. or until batter becomes golden brown.
