Toad in a Hole
4 Slices of bread
Salt and pepper to taste
½ Teaspoon turmeric
Cut a small hole in each slice of bread and spread margarine both sides of bread and the holes using a drinking glass. In a skillet, grill on side of bread and flip. Crack an egg into the hole, sprinkle with tumeric and salt and pepper to taste. Cook egg to desired doneness. Use the holes, grilled both sides for toast.
