Toffee Cheesecake Squares

Ingredients

1-1/4 cups flour
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup butter, chilled
8 oz light cream cheese
1 can low fat sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups Skor toffee bits


Combine first four ingredients. Cut in butter. Press into 9x13 pan and bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese until fluffy, slowly beat in condensed milk. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Stir in 1 cup toffee bits and pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining bits and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely and chill four hours. Keeps in fridge three days and freezes well.
